September 13, 2023 NYF PUBLIC OPEN HOUSE WORKSHOP #2
Time: 12:00 – 4:00 PM
Location: Cooperstown Fire House / 24 Chestnut Street
Description: The purpose of the second public workshop will be to provide a status update on the NYF process. In addition, the team will share key findings from the Downtown Profile and Assessment, describe the community’s vision statement and goals, and gather feedback on the proposed projects.
August 9, 2023 LPC Meeting #3
Time: 12:00 – 4:00 PM
Location: Cooperstown Village Hall
Description: The agenda for this meeting includes a summary of public engagement results to date, a draft vision statement and goals for the Strategic Investment Plan; a review of proposed projects, and discussion of project evaluation criteria. The Local Planning Committee (LPC) is co-chaired by Mayor Ellen Tillapaugh and REDC Member Ken Meifert and consists of twelve other members representing a diverse cross section of the Cooperstown community.
September 27, 2023 LPC Meeting #4
Time: 4:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Location: Cooperstown Village Hall
Description: The purpose of this meeting will be to evaluate proposed projects. All LPC meetings are open to the public and will allow time for public comment.
October 25, 2023 LPC Meeting #5
Time: 4:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Location: Cooperstown Village Hall
Description: The purpose of this meeting will be to select projects to be recommended for funding. All LPC meetings are open to the public and will allow time for public comment.
